This Privacy Policy applies to AppWebCity on Android and iOS. In this policy, “AppWebCity,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stonevally International Investment Corporation, the operator of AppWebCity. Features and sign-in methods may differ by platform and app version.

2. Information handled by AppWebCity
Account information. If you create or use an account, we may process your email address, display name, profile photo, a Firebase user identifier, and authentication tokens. Depending on platform and app version, sign-in options may include email, Google, Facebook, or Apple.
App-library information. We process the apps and services you add, including their names, links, package identifiers or URL schemes, categories, custom spaces, favorites, ordering, and usage counters. When you are signed in, this app-library information may be synchronized through Firebase so it is available on your other devices.
Search information. Search terms may be sent to the Apple iTunes Search API to return app names, icons, and related metadata. Please avoid entering personal or sensitive information as a search term.
Analytics and technical information. Firebase Analytics may process app interactions, app-instance or device identifiers (including the Advertising ID, where available and, where required by applicable law, after you consent to analytics collection), device type, operating-system version, app version, and related technical information. We use this information to understand feature usage and improve reliability. AppWebCity does not display third-party advertising and does not sell personal information.
Notes and documents you create, together with photos, PDFs, scanned pages, and annotated images you select or generate, are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. AppWebCity does not upload this content to Firebase or our servers and does not use it for advertising or analytics.
3. Device-only and user-controlled access
- Installed apps on Android: At your request, AppWebCity can read the names, package names, and icons of launchable apps installed on your device. The complete installed-app list stays on your device. Apps you choose to add become part of your app library and may be synchronized when you are signed in.
- Photos and files: AppWebCity uses system pickers so you choose the specific photo, image, or PDF the App may access.
- Document scanning: Scanning is provided by Google Play services and is processed on-device. AppWebCity receives only the pages you confirm and return from the scanner.
- Voice input: If you choose voice input, AppWebCity requests microphone access and passes speech to the speech-recognition service selected on your device. AppWebCity does not retain the raw audio recording. Your speech-recognition provider may process audio under its own privacy terms.
Depending on your operating-system and device settings, app-private local content may be included in a device backup or restored during device migration. Those backups are controlled by your operating-system or backup provider, not by AppWebCity.
4. How we use information
- Provide app organization, custom spaces, notes, documents, search, and related features.
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, and send sign-in or password-reset messages.
- Synchronize signed-in users’ app libraries between devices.
- Understand feature usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve AppWebCity.
- Prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Data sharing, sale, and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers as needed to provide the features described above, when you direct us to do so, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, AppWebCity, or the public. Firebase and other providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, subject to their safeguards and privacy terms.
7. Retention and account deletion
Account information and synchronized app-library information are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud app-library data from the AppWebCity profile/settings screen by selecting Delete account. You may also email us at bangruifang@gmail.com for assistance; we aim to respond to verified requests within 30 business days.
Local notes, documents, and attachments are not part of your Firebase account. You can delete them in the App. Uninstalling AppWebCity removes its app-private local storage, subject to any device backup or restore settings controlled by your operating system.
8. Your privacy rights
EU / EEA users (GDPR)
Right of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
California users (CCPA)
Right to know, right to delete, and right to non-discrimination.
Mainland China users (PIPL)
Right to access and copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and to file a complaint.

9. Children’s privacy
AppWebCity is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Security and policy updates
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport and Firebase access controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this policy when AppWebCity’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
