Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AppWebCity handles account information, app-library data, analytics, and locally read device information. It is generated from the same text shown inside the app, so the two can never disagree.

AppWebCity (the "App" or "we") is operated by:

2. Information We Collect
When you use the App, we may collect the following information:
Account Information
- Email address (via email registration or sign-in)
- Name and profile photo (with your authorization via Google, Facebook, or TikTok Login)
- Unique user identifier (UID)
Usage Data
- Apps you add and the categories and spaces you assign them to
- App names, links, package identifiers, and custom URL schemes
- Favorites, ordering, usage counters, and related app-library preferences
Device Information
- Device type and operating system version
- App version number
- Crash reports, analytics, and diagnostic data used to improve app stability
- Advertising ID, where available, after consent to analytics collection where required by applicable law
Authentication Tokens
- Encrypted tokens used to maintain your login session. We do not store your password in plain text.
Installed App Information
To help you organize apps, AppWebCity can, at your request, read the names, package names, and icons of apps installed on your device for display and categorization. This information is used only on this device and is not uploaded to any server. This refers to the raw list of installed apps. Entries you actively add to AppWebCity (including their name, package name or web address) sync with your account once you sign in; nothing syncs if you are not signed in.
Clipboard
When you return to the home screen, AppWebCity checks whether the clipboard contains a web address, so it can offer to save it as a bookmark. This happens only while the app is in the foreground, the clipboard content is never uploaded, and we only keep the last address we offered so that we do not ask about the same link twice. You can ignore the prompt; nothing is saved unless you tap it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App's core features (app collection and category management)
- To sync your app library across multiple devices
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account
- To send password reset or sign-in emails
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the user experience
- To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses Firebase, Google Login, Facebook Login, and TikTok Login. Each service has its own privacy policy. Firebase and Google services may be affected by local network conditions in mainland China.
5. Data Storage and International Transfers
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers, which may be located in the United States or other countries.
When you use the App, your data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country or region. We take reasonable security measures to protect data during international transfers and comply with applicable data-transfer regulations.
For users in mainland China: The Firebase services currently used by the App may not be accessible in mainland China's network environment, which may affect data synchronization features.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active.
- To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us using the information at the end of this policy.
- We will process deletion requests within 30 business days and delete your data to the extent permitted by law.
- Some data, such as crash logs, may be retained in anonymized form to improve app performance.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

为帮助你整理 App，AppWebCity 可在你的操作下读取本机已安装应用的名称、包名和图标用于展示与分类；该信息仅在本设备使用，不会上传服务器。这里指的是原始安装列表。你主动添加到 AppWebCity 的条目(包含名称、包名或网址)在你登录后会随账号同步;未登录则完全不同步。
剪贴板
回到首页时,AppWebCity 会检查剪贴板里是否是一个网址,以便询问你要不要收藏。这只在应用处于前台时发生,剪贴板内容不会上传;我们只记住上次询问过的那个网址,避免对同一个链接反复打扰。你可以忽略该提示,不点击就什么都不会保存。

- 在多台设备间同步您的 App 库

4. 第三方服务
